The kitchen lacks utensils and microwaves!!! Front desk responsiveness needs improvement, especially with lost items!!! A serious upgrade on breakfast options is essential!!! No daily room cleaning or towel exchanges !!!

Unbeatable very central location, near restaurants and stores Refrigerator Cook top and microwave Cons, all possible near by markets, and Microsoft Campus. Huge studio with amenities.

Beds were very uncomfortable.

the location was exceptionally nice, near bellevue and redmond, and close to freeway exit, in a really quiet area.

The staff were very rude, didn't expect that coming.

Surprisingly decent stay despite some caveats! Rooms are clean and well-equipped, with a kitchenette ideal for longer stays. Friendly staff and a solid location close to Microsoft. Just remember, hot shower may not be a given. Inform others to aim for an upstairs room for added peace!

Overall experience was marred by noise from neighboring rooms and insufficient kitchen supplies. Despite the friendly staff, I found it hard to enjoy my stay fully due to these disturbances.

The location is fantastic. Plus, the kitchenette was a convenient feature!

Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major issue, with dirty surfaces and inadequate breakfast options that left much to be desired.

NEAR MY DESTINATION, HAD A KITCHEN & PRICE WAS GOOD.

THOUGHT IT WAS WEIRD THAT KITCHEN WAS NOT STOCKED (DISHES ETC) YOU HAD TO ASK AT OFFICE & CARRY TOTE UP TO ROOM. NO ICE MACHINE? BED WAS NOISY!!!!

Price was good, quiet location

The kitchen setup was well-equipped, awesome for easy meal preparations. The cleanliness of the common areas was commendable, contributing to a more pleasant stay. The comfortable bed provided a good night's sleep despite the issues we faced. Many guests also appreciated the convenient location.

everything, bathrooms were not cleaned well, bedsheets were not washed( because of which my husband got rashes)With hair everywhere, the staff in the morning shift was very rude. When we grab our breakfast she used to say "TAKE WHAT YOU NEED " , breakfast was also not good, 2 varieties of muffins, 3 varieties of oats.. And they said fresh fruits but only fruit we saw there was only dried oranges, that too we have to take it before 9.30. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
